Perform various assignments and related office administrative/technical duties within a section or department. Job duties for this position reflect the specific nature of the department involved. Ability to apply acceptable computer skills in at least two software packages over and above word processing (i.e. database management, spreadsheets, web-based applications, etc) is required.
High school graduate or the recognized equivalent with specific knowledge and training in business or administrative practices.
Two years of experience in an administrative function. Education may be considered as an alternate to the experience requirement. Must be able to type 50 wpm. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products as determined by departmental need.
