Job Description

This training position is responsible for facilitating training programs for all functional/product classroom and skill based/process trainings to create a standard knowledge base for business line team members across Home Preservation sites within their respective divisions.

Successful candidate will proactively partner to enhance overall site performance and independently facilitate training class (up to 100% of the time) with an emphasis on new hire on boarding, and up-skilling, using a variety of delivery methods including virtual delivery. This role will also be responsible for exercising judgment in the learning environment to ensure effective transfer of skills/knowledge leveraging approved materials.

Additionally, the BTC1 will partner to support and deliver sound programs and solutions that achieve desired business objectives and create lasting individual and organizational change and business results. This role may participate and assist in the maintenance of learning programs.

Basic Qualifications

6+ months experience in delivery and facilitation of training or related functional experience.

  • Up to 25% travel may be required for off-site training facilitation with the ability to work flexible work schedule .
Preferred Skills

  • Experience with the Home Preservation business and processes.
