Provides administrative support to Merchandising team by managing team leader and Buyer calendars; scheduling appointments and meetings with
suppliers and team members; and assisting with meeting preparation.
Supports communications between suppliers, category team leaders, and Buyers by maintaining up-to-date lists of supplier contacts spanning all
levels of the supplier's organization; serving as initial contact for day-to-day supplier inquiries and summit submissions; distributing relevant supplier
communications to team members; and scheduling rooms for supplier appointments.
Handles merchandise hotline calls, emails, and remedy tickets for category team by resolving or directing inquiries to appropriate team members or
parties for resolution; and following up with internal and external customers to ensure resolution.
Provides ad hoc reporting support by assisting team leaders and Buyers to complete scheduled reports (for example, weekly ad report); and
extracting data and information from company information systems (for example, Retail Link) for team members as required.
Supports category team leaders and Buyers with modular execution and other special projects by assisting with line review preparation; providing
external stakeholder (for example, suppliers) access to modular layout rooms; and managing sample arrivals and room spaces under the direction
of the team.
Completes work assignments and priorities in Merchandising by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers,
customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and
information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties,

policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
*Previous Retail Experience
*Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
