----Reparing Heat Exhangers/Seperators--service, testing, packagin to quality and safety standards-----

JOB DUTIES:
  • Set up and operate manual and semi-automatic and automatic welding equipment as required for hot tig, mig, arc, air arc, plasma transferred welding, brazing, soldering, hard surfacing and fusing operations.
--1 to 2 years experience Mig/Tig

-- Mig/Tig, flux core, plasma, stick and etc

--Must be NBIC/ASME certified.

--Material experience (carbon, hastelloy, 316l-smo 254)

--High Mechanical Aptifude

--Adheres to welding trade practices to layour, fit, level, align, and weld parts.

--Balancing Skills,Sets up and balances rotating equipment using approved balacing methods

--Sets up and operates test strands and related equipment

--Abiltity to work from blueprints, proficient in all measuring devices

--Forklift Experience, pallet jacks, cranes.

--Ability to lift 75lbs if needed.
