We are looking for an individual to fill the Operations Supervisor position based out of our Minneapolis Office.

Ideal candidate will have time management skills, good written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of technology (PowerPoint presentations, excel, word, Visio, web based programs, databases, etc) and the ability to multi- task. The ideal candidate will also possess a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and have previous experience in the social services field.

The positions will be based out of our Minneapolis office, but will also work in our Minnesota locations on an as needed basis.

Job Duties include (in-ratio time):

Working in our Community Work Program:

Providing community-based vocational skills and support to adults with disabilities.
Job coaching.
Community integration/engagement.
Transportation (in our OS vehicles).

Working in our Community Living Program:

Engagement/Outings
Personal cares
Transportation (in our OS vehicles).

Administrative Job Duties include:

Communicating efficiently and effectively with staff members and other supervisors/ managers.
Manage all phone, internet, (Timeforce and CCM) and video conference accounts.
Manage company e-mail.
Update company website content.
Troubleshoot all company technology/equipment issues.
Assist with assigned tasks for employee new hires and terminations.
Manage company vehicles.
Arranges and attend Board of Directors meetings.
Approves company uniform/apparel orders.
Assist administrators in special projects.
Fields company general e-mail inquiries and phone calls.
Oversees maintenance/organization of facility.
Communicates with building manager as necessary.

Work Full Time hours, Monday through Friday

Salary starting at $32,302.40 (based on years of experience and education level)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Strong desire for previous experience in the social services field

Clean Driving Record

Ability to lift/transfer 40 lbs.
