General Description of Position
Under direct to general supervision of the Student Records Office Manager, the Administrative Specialist II serves as the primary resource person at the front desk for students, faculty, staff, and alumni seeking information/services related to all Student Records functions and processes related to student enrollment. The work hours for this position will be Monday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm, Friday 8:00am-2:00pm.
An associate degree or a high school diploma and two years related work experience
Four years related work experience preferred. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and must be able to work independently. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and database applications and excellent data entry skills are required.
