The Uconnect Product Manager is responsible for supporting growth in the area of automotive infotainment products. This key position will support numerous current and new radios and peripherals, and will play a key role in making Chrysler a market leader in this area. The Product Manager is responsible for managing and launching our new infotainment programs, creating optimal customer experiences and optimizing take rates. Duties may include product launch support (product information, user functionality, research, training / call center interface, systems control), owner/dealer support (customer care plans, compatibility charts, user guides, feature listings, FAQ's, website support section), product packaging/pricing, international market support, and product business management (business case analysis, profit optimization, competitive benchmarking and analysis). The Uconnect Product Manager will interface with engineering, brand marketing, and service counterparts. He or she will also be expected to act as the product expert within the company, interfacing with departments seeking information, and providing support materials where needed.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing, Engineering and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or product management of consumer or automotive electronics

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering and/or Business Administration
  • Marketing / brand management experience
  • Consumer electronics, telematics, telecommunications experience
  • Product planning experience
  • Strong communication skills -- Both verbal and written
  • Passion for electronics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
