CNC MACHINIST ~ both 1st and 2nd shift available to run our vertical and horizontal milling center machines and lathes. Individuals must be able to program and set up machines. Due to the high performance requirements of our components, special attention to quality is extremely important. Experience in Mazak a definite asset.
DESIGN ENGINEER:

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, new product development, product improvements, manufacturing support and validation testing. Requirements: BS Mechanical Engineering, Project management experience, understanding of fluid power systems and components. Autodesk Inventor experience and knowledge of machining processes are assets.
QUALITY CONTROL
We have a position available in our production department for a qualified individual with a machining background in our Quality Control Department. Individual must be very detail oriented.
Quality and accuracy is a must. Fluid Power knowledge and manufacturing background will be a definite asset. Knowledge of how to operate CMM machines required.
ASSEMBLER: We are looking for an assembler with a mechanical background. Knowledge of Fluid Power, concept of the way Hydraulics operate, can identify threads and any knowledge of materials would be a definite asset. Candidate must have own tools and a self starter.
PURCHASING:
DMIC is looking for a Purchasing Agent to join our team. 5 years experience in a high volume manufacturing environment with steel and related materials within a CNC Shop. Previous experience leading purchasing based cost reduction projects. Must have excellent communication abilities along with proven negotiation skills, strong computer aptitude with Microsoft office, ERP and MRP software. Individual will be required to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast pasted environment. Experience with working with International Vendors an asset. Applicants with 4 Year degree in CPIM, CSCP and APICS desired. Duties will include but not limited to: negotiate pricing, reviewing past usages to place orders for materials, run reports, change orders and expedite material to ensure constant manufacturing.
