We are currently looking to fill a Regional Loss Prevention Manager position. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are excited about health, wellness, and GNC’s leading position in this industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Protect the assets of the Company by directing, establishing, implementing and monitoring programs that will minimize loss. Loss Prevention responsibility for 200 GNC retail units. Deal with Division Managers through all levels of store employees.

Deal with Division Managers through all levels of store employees.
Hire, train and direct Inventory Audit Managers for given geographical area.
Conduct operational and procedural audits in all retail locations.
Investigate potential loss or losses to a satisfactory conclusion.
Advise Regional Sales Directors and store personnel of effective Loss Prevention methods and procedures and implement training and awareness programs for Regional Sales Directors and store personnel.
Coordinate and monitor prosecution/legal matters with appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Recommend disciplinary action as outlined in company Policy/Procedures Standards.
Recommend and design physical security systems for stores.
Coordinate Loss Prevention activities as related to store openings and closings.
Insure that inventories are conducted in all locations while maintaining designated budget.
Conduct training and physical inventories for franchise takeovers when applicable.

Job Specifications :
Minimum 7 years in Loss Prevention field
Strong computer skills.
Able to effectively communicate written and verbally.
Strong interpersonal and ethical behavior to manage the company’s assets and employees. Adhere to GNC code of ethics and adhere to GNC’s high standards of personal behavior.
Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the organization by properly hiring and training a team of professionals at all levels.
Able and willingness to travel and visit assigned locations to ensure store standards and customer service exceed company expectations.
Protect company assets.
