The TPA Team Leader Account Coordinator is responsible for online enrollment account management for clients while mentoring more junior account coordinators. Leads Account Coordinator team in Quality and Peer Review Process, Training, and building cohesion among other functional areas. Works with Sr. Account Manager/Team Lead to identify and implement efficiency opportunities. To fulfill this role, the account coordinator:

Provides client account management (ongoing client support); Is a primary contact for client assignments as well as their respective Consulting teams and Administration Solution Consultants

Mentors/Coaches junior account coordinators, Provides training for new hires and current colleagues. Builds cohesion among team and across other functional areas

Identifies process improvement opportunities and creates new, more efficient methods for client service delivery; Advocates and develops Quality and Peer Review process

Identifies and Implements priority projects - works with Senior Account Manager/Team Lead to identify the most critical projects, communicates them to account coordinators, coordinates resources and implements top priorities (within and relative to the Account Coordinator team). Examples include, but are not limited to documentation improvements, communication mechanism improvements, compliance or auditing requirements, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Two years experience leading teams or work groups required; benefits administration technical system proficiency required; benefits administration implementation and project management experience required; minimum two years client account management experience preferred

Demonstrated work with process evaluation and continuous process improvement

Demonstrated negotiation skills

Demonstrated experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously

Time management and organizational skills

Demonstrated team building, coaching, and mentoring skills

Strong oral and written communication skills, specifically of the customer service orientation; demonstrated experience effectively communicating with various professional levels of an organization

Excel, Outlook, organizational tools use preferred. Knowledge of Share point or other web based collaboration tools preferred
