This position is located on the William S. Hall Campus, 1800 Colonial Drive

Plans, organizes, and implements therapeutic programs in the assigned field. Conducts group and/or individual therapy sessions usually at the discretion of a treatment team; utilizing the assigned field of therapy to meet the specialized needs of the patients.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:

A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be submitted for the required program experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

NOTE: THESE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ARE DESIRABLE, BUT NOT MANDATORY, FOR APPLICANTS TO BE CONSIDERED QUALIFIED FOR THE POSITION.

A bachelor's degree in recreation with an emphasis in Therapeutics, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, and Horticulture Therapy. Must be knowledgeable in using and maintaing special equipment, able to order supplies and conduct inventory as assigned. Must be able to work evenings, holidays, and week-ends. Also, be able to provide Activity Therapy Services throughout William S. Hall. Certified Therapist, but will accept non-certified therapist.
