Intensive In Home Counselor (Behaviorist) for the Richmond and surrounding areas
Summary: The Intensive In Home Worker plans and implements services and interventions for children with Autism, ID and/ or Developmental Delays. and their families. Worker provides intervention techniques to child, models behavioral programming for family, and assists in coordination of community services.
- Develop initial needs assessments, individualized service plans, monthly progress reports, and discharge plans as well as maintain high quality and timely documentation of all case work.
- Provide children and family support including anger management, conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Provide case management and service coordination.
- Provide 24 hour emergency response and crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a human services field. One year clinical experience.
