CBIZ Network Solutions, LLC has a Field Service Technician position available in Flint, MI.
Field Service Technicians troubleshoot and repair Edward Jones branch hardware equipment including: Server, hub, router, computer (Keyboard and workstation), laser printer, phone system, cabling (troubleshooting and installing) and TV and VCRs. Our technicians work from their own home. CBIZ Network Solutions provides a van, tools and spare parts. Technicians are paged to troubleshoot and repair this equipment in the surrounding area. Normal service hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, we require our technicians to be available 24/7 for emergency calls.

Requirements: Individual must have a 2-year technical degree or related experience troubleshooting and repairing computers and printers. CBIZ Network Solutions is looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills. Individual must be able to lift and/or move office equipment weighing as much as 120 lbs. In addition, the individual best suited to the position must be able to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
