Join for a VIE, Société Générale in Jersey City, New Jersey, and more precisely, our IT infrastructures department.
You will assist The Global Technical Services-Enterprise Tools group (GTS) of Societe Generale in developing web based applications.
You will be asked to develop client-facing web applications that help automate IT processes.
Your projects will include but not be limited to:
•Develop and enhance Active Server Pages (ASP) web pages that automate daily workflow processes
•Front end development using jQuery libraries
•Meet with internal clients to collect requirements
•Integrate web application to global asset management and change management systems
•Convert .NET c# web application to PHP
•Develop documentation to support the application
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Jersey City is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
You will receive an allowance to complete Ubifrance allowance.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Ubifrance’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.
Graduate with a Master Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, you ideally have a previous experience in the same field.
You are proficient with .Net C#, SQL, PHP and jQuery libraries.
You are fluent in English.
Tenacious and reliable, you are results, quality-oriented and creative.
Your strong communication skills and your ability to estimate risk will be key to succeed in your mission.
