The Workforce Administration Supervisor is responsible for supervising assigned staff and processes for the accurate and timely delivery of workforce administration for Roche North America Pharma and Diagnostics as part of the HR Shared Service organization. This position is responsible for determining efficient work processes and procedures, identifying training and development needs of the department members and acting as an immediate resource to team. Additional responsibilities includes serving as a subject matter expert involving research, analysis, and solution development, providing specialized and in-depth comprehensive knowledge and experience in area of principals, practices and procedures for workforce administration including personnel administration, organizational management, compensation administration, performance management administration and assisting department leadership in driving strategic direction. This role requires significant interaction with internal HR and business partners on complex initiatives.

Associate’s degree or 3 years related experience; BS preferred
3+ years human resource experience or related business experience
3+ years experience in HRIS Processes on enterprise HR systems
Previous responsibility for leading or managing people formally or informally
Demonstrated excellence in customer relations; building partnerships and managing stakeholders at all levels within the organization
Strong Project Management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Demonstrated process and detail orientation
Knowledge of related HR federal / state / local laws and regulations Preferred:
Experience with SAP
