ProPath, a high-volume pathology practice in Dallas, Texas has an opening for a Help Desk Specialist. In this position you will provide client support through completing assignments, reports and paperwork, troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of issues, follow-up on client concerns and some client training in the use of software programs.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of customer service and the ability to work independently. Technical training experience preferred. Technical software skills include strong Internet, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database, and report writing. Must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance. There is 25 – 40% travel involved in this position.
