We are looking for a highly analytical individual with exceptional intellectual horsepower who is excited by the opportunity to lead analytics, modeling and business case development to grow our partner business across Dell’s Commercial organization by working collaboratively with partner teams, finance, marketing and other relevant functions.
Candidate responsibilities will include following:
Develop business cases and financial impact models for new global partnership opportunities with a strong focus on assessing strategic multi-quarter plays
Understand key drivers of funding across Commercial business and build predictive models to forecast 8 quarters out
Coordinating and managing relevant executive and business reviews that have significant financial and analysis component
Analyze and develop metrics to measure and track success of long term partner marketing initiatives
Identify gaps in funding, marcom investments and model out ceilings for our Opex/COGS and other funding
Build early warning” models that highlight funding gaps and trigger relevant processes to address the same
At least 5 yrs of marketing and 7-10 yrs of finance and analytics related experience required
Ability to manage directly or indirectly analysts and/or virtual core teams
Strong organization agility and knowledge of Dell marketing and partnership teams
Results-oriented and demonstrated strong communication and strategy formulation skills in a team
Strong marketing and business acumen skills; strategic understanding of Dell's model/market position/direction and ability to effectively communicate that to outside parties
Strong organizational skills to help navigate large complex organizations and ability to influence without authority
Proven ability to communicate complex business issues clearly and succinctly in formal presentations to senior management
