Responsible for overall functions of the initial hiring process and tracks affirmative action, recruiting, and retention information
Coordinate functions associated with the outsourcing system; including downloading and gathering applicant responses and sorting/prioritizing candidates.
Call applicants and set up interviews.
Enter recruiting, retention, and affirmative action information into a tracking system.
Coordinate group and individual interview meetings with supervisors.
Conduct or coordinate new hire orientation.
Send rejection letters or postcards
Follow up on results of prescreening results.
Coordinate selecting and placing recruiting ads.
Administer Exit Surveys with terminated employees.

Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
