The Technical Operations Analyst plays a key role in Recombinant's client support and operations delivery projects, interfacing directly with clients and internal technical delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The incumbent will proactively contact and communicate regularly with clients so as to anticipate clients' needs and to continually meet and exceed clients' expectations. As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for first- and second-level support for clients; regular communication with internal delivery teams; software installations; timely problem diagnosis and resolution, and maintaining healthy client relationships. Your experience and skills in client-facing interactions, technical troubleshooting and problem resolution, ability to work effectively with engineers and product managers, along with your healthcare domain background and excellent communication and decision-making skills will be critical to the success of this role.
- First- and second-level support for our various products
- Proactive interaction with clients and various internal engineering teams to drive problems to resolution quickly
- Manage remote software installations and upgrades
- Diagnose, solve and provide root cause analysis for application errors, data problems, and/or network issues
- Document procedures for debugging issues, collecting data, getting system access, and other areas as necessary
- Deploy and support applications on various platforms and environments
- Build and maintain successful client relationships
- 3+ years of experience in a support role or a similar position , preferably in the healthcare field, and with client interaction
- Experience with ETL Tools , such as Pentaho , Informatica , or others
- Understanding of data integration problems , including validating and cleansing data
- Hands-on experience with SQL and stored procedures
- Recent experience with Oracle , Microsoft SQL Server or DB2
- Administrative experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle
- Familiarity with troubleshooting database issues in SQL Server and/or Oracle
- Able to support multiple projects/technologies simultaneously in a fast paced work environment
- Self-starter, ability to work well independently, excellent problem-solver, strong analytical, troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Senior Consultants will synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Senior Consultants will participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope. Senior Consultants will also design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results. Minimum of 3 years consulting and/or industry experience is required. Bachelor's Degree is required.

Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Eagerness to mentor junior staff. An advanced degree is preferred.
Managers will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Managers implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Managers can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements. A minimum of 6 years consulting and/or industry experience is required. A Bachelor's Degree is required.

A Bachelor's Degree is required.
