Centennial, Inc. has been retained by one of our highly valued Greater Cincinnati clients to recruit a Corporate Training Manager . This individual will develop, coordinate and lead dealer business, sales and technical training.
The Corporate Training Manager will have ability to motivate others at all levels, proficient at developing and facilitating training curriculum and assure training objectives have been achieved. The "right" candidate will have experience with company dealer training curriculum, including small company businesses with a focus on sales and marketing. Accountable for developing annual training schedules to engage dealers from all branches; to include on site branch training.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate technical and product training processes with Branch Managers and appropriate branch personnel. Work closely with Branch Managers to develop and lead effective dealer business, sales, marketing and technical training processes that differentiate from competition. Work closely with Branch Manager and Sales/Marketing Director to coordinate marketing, promotional, and sales leadership programs with dealer training agendas. Develop, train, and coach assigned training personnel to be successful in conducting various training sessions. Work closely with IT to successfully implement various E-commerce training sessions for remote dealer participation. Provide appropriate sales, product and customer sales training for Territory Managers, dealers and inside support teams. Communicate all pertinent information to assigned training personnel, Branch Managers and customers. Attend Company quarterly management meetings and provide training updates. Seek and coordinate effective third party training resources. Maintain accurate and thorough training documents, including topics, attendees and training completed. Maintain training department budgets within approved parameters. Maintain 75% plus participation by applicable dealer personnel in training sessions and outstanding training recognition and value by all dealers.
