HireFuel, a division of Dominion Enterprises and a leading, innovative recruitment software solution provider (SaaS) serving multiple industries is actively looking for a Recruitment Software Sales Consultant to join our team. This position is responsible for calling and conducting professional sales presentations with HR Professionals, hiring managers and recruiters to sell the HireFuel suite of products and services. Provide information and gain support of potential new clients to grow assigned territory market share. This role is considered an invaluable member of the sales organization and must have the vision, drive and interpersonal skills to succeed and accelerate growth.

Essential Job Functions
  • Achieve individual minimum sales requirements
  • Research sales prospects in assigned territories with a focus to maximize market share
  • Responsible for developing new business in assigned territories through cold calling
  • Required to schedule a minimum number of online webinars and occasional in-person presentations on a weekly basis
  • Must effectively demonstrate the products and services offered through online webinars
  • Manage client relationships and expectations during the sales process
  • Responsible for account management from prospecting through completion of sale

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Minimum of two (2) years sales experience
Desired skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Four or more (4+) years sales experience preferred
  • Experience in presenting to and working with Human Resources decision makers
  • Business to business selling strongly weighted and suggested
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) and various webinar platforms a plus
  • Experience working/selling in the Recruiting industry desired
  • Experience working with/selling Recruiting or ATS Solutions a plus
