This is a part-time position working approximately 20-30 hrs per week. The person hired for this position must be available to work various shifts throughout the day.
The Case Manager is responsible for providing in-home services to the children and families, such as teaching Basic Living Skills, providing Family Support, Mental Health Consultations, and Crisis Intervention. The candidate must be willing to provide services to various populations in various demographical settings.
This position requires extensive traveling. Applicants must have a valid Alabama Driver's License, current auto insurance, acceptable driving record per the Company's Driving Policy, and pass all legally-mandated clearances.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or Behavior Science Field required
