Provides expertise in all aspects of the sales cycle – sales meetings, demos, business analysis sessions, and solution design. The candidate is expected to be able to work with customer stakeholders such as Compliance, Operations and IT in order to identify their needs and convey the NICE Proactive Compliance Solution messages to them.
Developing the Proactive Compliance Solutions business, selling compliance applications to capital market customers in Americas:
Hunting for new opportunities within new and existing accounts
Supporting the sales organization with strategic opportunities, and following-up to completion
Take a leading part in Proactive Compliance marketing campaigns in the region
Identify potential partners and build infrastructure to leverage indirect sales opportunities
Leading business assessment sessions to discover customer needs
Creating ROI models
Designing the proposed Proactive Compliance Solution
Support Proactive Compliance solution management with feedback from the field on new initiatives
Business or Economics degree
Technology / Engineering degree – a plus

Outstanding presentation skills
Experience working with tier-1 organizations
Ability to independently apply tasks prioritization and craft status reports
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, listening and presentation
Outstanding organizational skills and understanding of corporate governance in customers’ business organizations
Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and solve problems.
High level of English, second major language – big advantage
