Responsible for evaluation, treatment and documentation of Speech/Language disorders in varied and multidisciplinary settings including acute care, outpatient care, home health, skilled nursing facility, and inpatient rehabilitation when patient census or staffing dictates. Emphasis is placed on individualizing plan of care to maximize potential. May be asked to assist with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and student supervision.
Master's degree required.
(CCC/SLP) from ASHA. Licensed in Texas as a Speech/Language Pathologist or eligible for state licensure. Previous clinical experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. BLS required within 6 months.
