20-25hrs/week. Direct and implement all aspects of marketing to drive revenue. Enhance and increase the reputation of the JCC in the community, raise awareness of the JCC, its programs and philanthropic needs. Develop and implement marketing plans for the JCC’s many departments including Camps, Health and Fitness, Membership, Early Childhood, Cultural Arts, Older Adult programs, Youth & Teen activities. Plan, implement, and institutionalize social media/online marketing, analytics and reporting.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. B.A. required, marketing degree preferred. 3-5 years' relevant marketing experience required. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to promote collaboration across departments, ability to multi-task in fast paced environment . Upbeat personality.
