SUMMARYThe ADP Student Mentor will manage a select caseload (30-75) of students by providing academic, social, and personal support to our students. The ADP Student Mentor will report to the ADP Administratorand frequently collaborate with the Student Success Representatives, the Director of Advising/Retention and Disability, the Vice President of External Programs and faculty. As a thriving, student-centered college Klamath Community College seeks an innovative and highly motivated ADP Student Mentor that will be a passionate advocate for students and will actively lead and contribute to institution-wide efforts to further improve graduation and retention rates of our student body, particularly those are not represented by the TRIO program, as well as, low income, first generation, and under-represented students. This is a halftime, one year position, which is grant funded and may be renewable.
