The Deskside Support Representative will be primarily responsible for resolving customer hardware and software PC problem tickets. Responsibilities will include perform varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of deskside hardware/software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contract service level agreements. Role may also include installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain customer accounts. A+ and Microsoft Certification preferred. Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to follow written instructions for scripted projects are critical skills in this position. Ideal candidate would possess strong client focus and interface skills. This job involves completing all job related administrative tasks.

Required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 2 years experience in Deskside Support Environment
  • At least 6 months experience in Windows Operating Systems XP and 7
  • English: Fluent

Preferred
  • Information Technology
  • Basic knowledge in A+ Certification
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Certification
