ANALYTICS MANAGER II
The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks Business Analytics Manager II in Pittsburgh, PA. In the Customer Management Strategy area of the Decision Analytics & Research group, be responsible for leading (in concert with the group manager) the development, implementation and ongoing management of customer-oriented strategies for all Retail Bank and Private Banking/Asset Management business segments. This strategic activity encompasses the entire customer life-cycle, including acquisition, retention, up-sell/cross-sell, profitability and share of wallet, as well as cross-channel and product optimization. Work with a diverse group of business partners and vendors in order to achieve segment-based business objectives that build the PNC brand and engage customers. Utilize understanding of how data and advanced analytics form a key foundation to successfully navigate the challenging strategic opportunities confronting the financial industry.
Master's degree in Management/Science, Business, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Finance or Economics plus 5 years experience in customer or marketing data analysis for a financial services company. Experience must include: (1) identifying business solutions with data mining, financial modeling, predictive modeling/forecasting and/or optimization, as well as analytical consulting, within CRM and/or Marketing; (2) programming in SAS or comparable analytical software; (3) SQL, Brio or Cognos and database navigation experience using large multi-dimensional data sets; and (4) customer segmentation and campaign response analysis using data driven analytical strategies.
