Susquehanna has an excellent opportunity for a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will provide uncompromising service by building enduring relationships, communicating, referring and selling products to meet customers' needs. You will participate in the acquisition, retention and expansion of customers and prospects through a variety of sales and service activities.
Top candidates will possess the following:
At least six months' Customer Service Representative (Teller) and bank platform experience; sales and/or service experience is strongly preferred
Previous retail banking experience with sales requirements
Excellent communications and customer service skills, along with a demonstrated ability to meet set goals
Ability to complete customer transactions including loan applications
Will be required to obtain and properly maintain a National Mortgage Licensing Registration (NMLS #) in order to take applications for loans that are secured by residential real estate
A High School Degree, GED or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, some evenings and Saturdays as well as the ability to reach destinations within the Bank's footprint at all times is required for special occasions such as company meetings, training, etc.
