The Teammate Resources Administrator (HR) is responsible for all of the Center's Teammate Resources (HR) functions i.e. hiring procedures and activities, conducting orientation of New Hire or transferring employees, administering and interpreting employee benefits and company policies, ensuring the regulation of and security of various employee documents, and other administrative functions/responsibilities within the Learning Center.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate appropriate judgment in HR, Salary Administration, and other employee relations situations, especially regarding all benefits, personnel counseling/performance actions, payroll, and other employment related actions.
Accountable for all of Center's personnel documentation and interaction with Human Resources, Salary Administration, Benefits Office and Corporate Payroll regarding hiring, benefits, dissemination of information and other issues having an impact on the general employee population at the Center. These activities may include staffing processes, personnel files, benefits, regulatory mandated documents, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions (progressive guidance), point of contact, documentation, Worker's Compensation, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred, or five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalency years experience substitution must be in related field.
Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated or documented experience associated with the fields of Human Resources, including employee benefits, personnel documentation, employee relations, employee performance counseling, etc.
Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills
Able to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner, ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations.
Able to respond effectively to sensitive issues/inquiries or complaints. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, and corporate specialists.
Able to work unsupervised.
