This is an exciting new opportunity for someone looking to build a team, transform payroll processing and make an impact on our organization.The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the daily operations of the Employee Service Center Payroll Administration team to meet customer and business needs. With our recent implementation of Lawson software we are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to take our services to the next level for our employees.This includes all aspects of payroll including, but not limited to; bi-weekly company payroll processing, off-cycle payroll processing, time off donation processing, knowledge of payroll tax processing, legal expert on pay practice and administration and process development and maintenance. This position is also responsible to be a liaison with outside partners. The position is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring service delivery initiatives, standards and measures.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in human resources, finance or related field is required

Certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is required within 9 months of hire if not already obtained.

5+ years progressive human resources experience with an emphasis on payroll and/or benefits is required

3+ years supervisory and/or leadership consultative experience is required

Lawson Core HR system experience is preferred

SPHR preferred

5+ years management/supervisory experience preferred

Call Center experience preferred

Kronos time and attendance experience preferred
