Classification: Benefit Eligible

Duties: The MSN Administrative & Course Support Liaison will assist with CCNE accreditation logistics, data management, course monitoring and coordination. Gather and maintain outcome data for purposes of program evaluation and accreditation. This includes faculty evaluation by students, faculty evaluation by department, student evaluation of the program, exit interviews, attrition rates, alumni satisfaction and alumni employment. Facilitate admissions and enrollment processes to insure compliance with program, department and university standards. This includes tracking of conditional admit students which cannot be done within current university systems. Ensure quality of instruction by: monitoring faculty training course, monitoring all new courses for proper build, monitoring running courses for faculty involvement, timely grading and consistent assessment. Ensure that all courses are updated consistently with on-going changes such as textbook revisions, rubric/assessment changes and other department and university guidelines.

Requirements:
Education: Master's Degree in Education

Experience: Distance Education Course Design and Instruction

Specific Skills: Working knowledge of Peoplesoft, ANGEL, Excel, Word, Outlook
