Set up and serve on the patient tray assembly line. Responsible for the preparation and delivery of patient nourishments and Floor Stock. Pick up food trays from patient rooms and return them to the food cart. Return food cart to the Food Service Department. Deliver lunch service to the Physicians Surgery Lounge. Assist in the dishroom. Clean the patient service area and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
High School or equivalent.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be competent to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to read and write and to understand oral and written instructions. Capable of reading and understanding diet sheets and modified diets as written by the dietitian. Must be basically familiar with various diet restrictions within 90 days.
