Job Description:
Do you have outstanding organizational skills? We are
seeking an Administrative Assistant for our dynamic
eCommerce Department.
The ideal candidate will provide assistance to the SVP
of eCommerce and the ecommerce team.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Organize the activities of this department, including
the scheduling and coordinating of meetings, travel
arrangement and itineraries
  • Manage executives calendar and phone calls
  • Write correspondence and meeting summaries
  • Assist eCommerce leadership with special projects
  • Support the department with administrative tasks
including processing invoices, managing databases and
ordering supplies

Job Requirements:Job Requirements:
1-3 years administrative experience
Internet and social network savvy
High level of computer skills MS Office (Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent people skills
