Our company is a well-established and reputable retail farm equipment organization. We are currently experiencing great growth into international markets and we currently have a need for an International Sales Manager to assist us in this development of foreign markets. The demand for used farm machinery in certain countries is very high today and this creates a great opportunity for a highly motivated sales/sales management professional interested in international travel.
Opportunity:
This position will allow for communication with customers globally
You will be assisting in sales of combines, tractors, and other farm machinery
You will be working with website advertising, marketing, and updates

Requirements:
Multi-lingual is a plus, especially Spanish speaking individuals
Must come from a farming background and have a great understanding and knowledge of tractors, combines, harvesting equipment, etc.
Must have a strong sales aptitude with strong communication skills
Must have a high mechanical aptitude
Must have strong computer skills (Preference to someone with website development skills)
Successful farm equipment sales background is required
Must fit small company culture
This opportunity is available immediately. We will consider someone experienced with exporting farm equipment and capable of becoming our International Sales Manager or we will consider someone earlier in their career with a strong interest in working with global customers. Compensation is commensurate with experience and will range from $60 - $125k+.
