This position serves as the Enrollment Management Assistant in the Graduate Studies area and reports directly to the Enrollment Management Specialist (EMS) for Graduate Studies. The position is required to be knowledgeable about University, College, and academic departmental requirements regarding graduate and advanced graduate degrees (MA, Ed.S., Ed.D., and Ph.D.) in Education.
Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience):
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with one year of experience in office, administrative, or academic/student services support positions. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Education & Experience):
A.A. or A.S. degree and knowledge of BANNER, MIcrosoft Access & Word; mail merge, and experience with electronic document scanning are preferred.
