Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Drilling/Completion Engineer position located in Houston, Texas through March 20 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Working with the Performance Management Group, the D&C Engineer is responsible for the development, deploying, training and continued maturation of the Global D&C Standards and Initiatives.
Collaborate with Real-time Optimization Center (RDOC), Benchmarking, communities of practice, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 3 years drilling and completiones, experience working on rigsite and office.
Experience in developing well operational procedures including writing Plan Of Action, Job Safety Analysis, calculating hydraulics, torque & drag, and cement displacement, and risk assessments.
Proven communication skills: Works well with others in a multi-functional team environment.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task on a host of projects simultaneously. Basic project management & organization skills ot coordinate projects.
Relocation will be considered within Chevron parameters.
