Under general direction of the Network Quality Manager, develops and implements training programs to satisfy the need education and career development of the employees of Madden Mental Health Center.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years college supplemented by a master's degree in a mental health related field or comparable degree. Requires three years administrative experience in a mental health or developmental disabilities organization. Requires knowledge of learning as applied to adult learners. Requires knowledge of human resource development related accreditation and certification standards. Requires knowledge of the principles of continuous quality improvement and strategic planning. Requires knowledge of implications of the American with Disabilities Act and its relation to staff training. Requires knowledge of DHS contracting and purchasing procedures. Requires skill in lecturing and leading classroom learning exercises, oral and written communication and developing a strategic plan. Requires ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships. Requires ability to design and implement a training evaluation plan.
