Job Description

Magnolia Rehabilitation Services, LLC is currently seeking full-time PTA's to join our team at Devlin Manor Health Care Center, located in Cumberland, Maryland! Bring your geriatric skills and make a difference in the lives of others. Work under the direction of physical therapists in our nursing care facility. Give aid in the provision of rehabilitative services for people suffering from mental, physical, emotional or developmental impairments. Monitor patients activities, record progress and document billing.


Minimum 1 year of current clinical experience (2 years preferred) CurrentMaryland professional license, CPR
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
Ability to diffuse and manage volatile and stressful situations.
Ability to promote and follow Board of Education policies, Superintendent policies and building and department procedures.
Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with all people including those from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds.
Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator.

Operating knowledge of and experience with personal computers and peripherals.
Operating knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Operating knowledge of and experience with typical office equipment, such as telephones, copier, fax machine, E-mail, etc.
Operating knowledge of therapy equipment preferred at hire.
