This position must deliver on a variety of important responsibilities within the Corporate Marketing and Public Relations departments. Collaboration, time management, attention to detail, multitasking skills and exceptional written and verbal communications capabilities are essential to success in this role.

This position will be responsible for developing and executing corporate communications to external audiences with a strong understanding of the Marketing Funnel (e.g., Awareness, Engagement, Interest, Conversion and Sale). In todays high-tech, Internet-driven world, high-quality content creation is essential. The Corporate Communications Specialist/Writer will drive communications that support key marketing programs and objectives, emphasize the mission and values of the company, promote its core Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) as a leader in high-tech design and engineering, manufacturing, test and repair, effectively positioning the companys brand.

Essential Job Duties:
Deliver corporate messages in a thoughtful, polished tone that matches the voice, personality and brand essence of the company
Multi-task with multiple projects at different stages and manage prioritization of work
Communicate Company vision, mission, culture, strategies, goals and results
Support Social Media campaigns as an effective, experienced writer clearly portraying the Companys capabilities and values
Write Ad copy for Google PPC campaigns
Develop web copy strategy and content development
Share company information with employees through a combination of methods including company intranet, electronic and print newsletters, posters, flyers, video and internal memos, ensuring it reaches all levels of the organization and is widely understood
Edit all content developed by Corporate Marketing and Public Relations
Understand our competitive landscape and contribute to brand and copy strategy
Perform other duties as directed


The ideal candidate must possess the following:

A Bachelors Degree in Journalism, English, Marketing or related discipline
At least 3-5 years of professional marketing experience in high tech (Corporate and/or Agency)
Driven, curious, aggressive and able to implement effective communications in sometimes ambiguous or unfamiliar environments
Excellent reporting and writing skills, with sharp editorial judgment
Capable of understanding how various initiatives fit into a larger strategy
Proven ability to produce content under real-time deadline pressure
Ability to capture complex concepts and convey in simple, meaningful language
Passion for big business, technology and the art of effective communications
