What’s most important about my job? (essential functions)
  • Oversee Dish Attendants and Night Janitorial staff
  • Perform duties of Dish Attendants and Janitorial staff
  • Responsible for:
  • The washing, storage and upkeep of all glass, china, and silverware
  • Monitoring ware washing results
  • Proper and timely delivery of wares to Restaurants, Lounge and Banquets
  • Dish Machine daily maintenance and cleaning
  • Organization of all storage areas
  • Overall Kitchen cleanliness
  • Training of Staff
  • Assist Kitchen staff with Food product storage and proper handling procedures
  • Assist Kitchen staff with basic Food preparation
What knowledge, skills and abilities do I need to have? (the must-haves)
  • Possess considerable knowledge in food preparation, presentation and portion control.
  • Ability to multi-task, follow through and re-prioritize well to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with both internal and external guests.
  • Ability to communicate and develop an effective working relationship with fellow associates, managers, outside representatives and agencies.
  • Ability to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and coworkers.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with co-workers and others.
Must be available for all shifts
