Mutual of Omaha Bank relies on digital marketing as a key strategic channel in driving acquisition, branding, and cross-sell opportunities to clients across a suite of banking products. This position will manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns for assigned Banking initiatives including but not limited to management of internal partnerships/vendors, measuring and reporting of campaigns, and participation of creative development across digital channels such as landing pages, microsites, email creative, display media, etc. This role will work closely with internal partners to understand business requirements in order to execute on the digital marketing strategy. This position does not have any direct reports.

Digital Marketing Manager Essential Job Functions:
Work closely with internal/external partners to develop and implement digital media, landing pages, email, and other digital creative
Partner with product managers to understand campaign objectives and execute on creation and implementation of pages/microsites to support these objectives
Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the Bank's website and manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns using a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
Monitor site activity, frequently change the site, make new offers
Drive interaction and engagement with client facing sites such as Mortgage, CAB, CondoCerts, Bank, etc.
Coordinate targeted onsite ads and cross-sell opportunities based on available targeting data using internal or third party tools
Oversee the social media strategy for the Bank
Measure the success of digital marketing programs and adjust strategies based on results against defined key performance indicators
Identify and drive enhancements that maximizes the performance of each campaign
Identify and implement site enhancements that drive a best-in-class client experience to maximize conversion rates and growth of the digital channel
Conduct day-to-day activities with other departments and business counterparts within Bank Marketing, Brand Management/PR, product-line leaders and other groups to execute and implement digital campaigns
Work closely with product segments to develop and implement campaign tactics to engage customers and increase conversions
Use web analytics data to drive marketing decisions based on customer interactions and onsite behavior
Responsible for owning all the Bank's websites best practices guidelines
Act as Marketing resource for the potential redesign of the Bank's website
Improve usability, design, content and conversion of the Bank's website
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Review new technologies and keep the Bank at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years full-time experience successfully managing digital marketing campaigns for a business or agency
4 year college degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related-field.
Experience managing Performance based programs to include CPC, CPM, CPL and CPA
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Experience in multi-channel marketing
Experience with marketing compliance such as CAN SPAM and ADA
Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
Data-driven, results-oriented with the ability to quickly analyze data and make decisions that drive program performance
Experience with web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, WebTrends or CoreMetrics)
Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and to perform under pressure within tight deadlines
Creativity and innovation focus with an eye on constant, measured improvement
Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results in a matrix organization
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in a related field or applicable education/certifications applicable to digital marketing.
Previous work experience developing and executing a corporate social media strategy specifically geared towards directly impacting sales results
Experience working within the Banking industry
