Position Purpose
  • The Supply Chain Development Sr. Analyst - Implementation position plays an important role in the successful rollout of new facilities and projects for the various distribution platforms (Rapid Deployment Centers, Stocking Distribution Centers, Bulk Distribution Centers and Direct Fulfillment Centers). This individual will support and may facilitate all aspects of testing, training, physical and systematic building readiness, go live and post go live activities. This individual will serve as an all-around WMS/YMS System, Process and Startup Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will lead the activities to coach, teach and train associates and departmental leaders. In addition, this individual will support, monitoring and report out the projects activities they are assigned. This position will provide guidance and leadership to DC salaried leaders, hourly associates, Implementation associates assigned to project and field resources assigned to project.

    Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
  • 30% Providing WMS and YMS system support and operational/functional expertise to Distribution Center Users

  • 25% Facilitate, Support and Manage execution of training and implementation activities for assigned project.

  • 20% Supporting system testing and addressing out issues

  • 20% Provide feedback to operations and Store Support Center teams on KPIs, Vendor Compliance, and SOPs.

  • 5% Individual financial responsibilities in line with travel and corporate expense policies and administrative duties

    Nature and Scope
  • Typically reports to Manager Implementation
    No direct responsibility for supervising others.

    Environmental Job Requirements
  • Typically requires overnight travel more than 75% of the time.

    Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be eighteen years of age
  • Must pass the Drug Test
  • Must pass the Background Check
  • Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

    Education Required

    The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

    Physical Job Requirements

    Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

    Additional Qualifications
    3-5 years of e-commerce/direct fulfillment distribution center operations experience. Must be on call 24x7 during onsite implementation timeline
    Travel will be 75 - 100%

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • History of leading and/or working on cross functional teams
  • Direct Fulfillment or e-commerce distribution operations experience
  • Project Management experience
    Manhattan WMOS or related WMS software experience
  • Mechanization/Automation Experience
    Field Distribution Center leadership experience
    Demonstrated ability to manage change and deliver results
