Enterprise Quality Engineering is currently hiring an experienced engineer to execute a continuous improvement process in multiple organizations within Lenovo. The primary focus will be ensuring the appropriate process improvements are made to ensure early life failures of Enterprise Products are captured. Once the parts are available, this individual will be responsible to project manage the Failure Analysis process with internal engineering teams as well as with suppliers. Once the root cause is determined they will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate corrective action is implemented.
The selected candidate will be self-motivated and have strong problem solving skills as well as analytical abilities to unravel complex technical and political issues raised by multiple organizations within Lenovo.
A Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering
At least 7 years of professional experience working across multiple organizations in a global corporation.
The ability to develop and execute an action plan based on a high level goals.
Ability to understand complex systems and multi-faceted problems with a proven track record of successful results.
Working knowledge of LSS principles and processes.
Excellent teamwork and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability travel and work hours as required to meet the goals of the position.
