Oversees and coordinates internal division activities and projects on behalf of the AVP, who will be more outward focused, with all department heads having an indirect reporting relationship; serves as the executive contact for financial analysis and reporting; when desirable, represents the AVP on external committees and teams; leads division HR and professional development team in all matters relating to hiring, training, and Endeavor; leads the development and efficient execution of the annual budget; oversees the division's 6-member administrative assistance team; carries out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the associate vice president.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's or 5-year Bachelor's degree or advanced certification beyond Bachelor's and 3-4 years of experience.

Effective personal communication; analytical thinking; team development; demonstrated competence as a Notre Dame business manager.
