The Employee Benefits Client Services Manager provides strategic relationship management and consultative services to Willis Employee Benefits clients. The client manager is responsible for servicing his/her assigned book of business, with guidance and collaboration from the Team Leader and financial client manager. The client manager is accountable for retention and is expected to understand the client needs in order to deliver the Willis best in class tools and resources. A knowledge of employee benefits will assist with day to day client service deliverables and solidify Willis as a trusted partner. The client manager will be responsible to articulate an understanding of the client’s goals and objectives with regarding to all HR initiatives. Organization and prioritizing tasks is required in order to respond in a timely manner. Client Managers present at open enrollment meetings and other times as needed.

Bachelor’s degree required. Insurance or Human Resources related degrees a plus. 5 + years of experience in the insurance industry related to servicing Employee Benefits accounts with heavy emphasis on customer service and presentation skills. Financial experience a definite plus. State life and health licenses required within 60 days of employment. CEBS, GBA, PHR, CLU or the equivalent certifications ideal.
