We are searching for an experienced Human Resources Consultant with a strong labor and employee relations background in healthcare.
Provides Human Resources Consulting services, utilizing a broad range of knowledge of strategies and tactics, to assigned service lines and support departments. Assists in the development, recommendation, and implementation of Human Resources strategies aligned to those of MHC and MRMC, and assigned areas of responsibility. Assists in the development and implementation of business-focused policies/contracts, procedures, and processes. Advocates change in key human resources areas including staffing, performance management, HRIS, education, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
2. Five or more (5+) years’ progressively more responsible related experience, including a minimum of two (2) years’ experience leading traditional teams.
