We are seeking a Product Owner that wants to be part of a great company in a fast growing industry. We need someone that thrive as an individual contributor on our talented product team, and work collaboratively to shape our vision, strategy and roadmap.
Product Owners gain understanding of the market, manage a backlog, and work with technical teams to deliver features that delight our customers and generate revenue.
What you'll be doing:
Working with product team to formulate our product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Defining and prioritizing a backlog of work.
Being the voice of the customer and provide a business perspective on value during day-to-day development.
Collaborating with the development team to define, design, accept, and adapt features.
Meeting with Sales to understand the needs of prospects and win new business.
Meeting with stakeholders (internal, customers and partners) to understand their needs and manage expectations.
Working with Business Development to evaluate new opportunities.
Collaborating with Product Marketing to produce sales education materials.
Working with User Learning (Help files) and Support to assure smooth installation and adoption.
Qualifications:
The ability to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, which requires a good sense of what is technically feasible.
The ability to identify high leverage activities.
The discipline to focus on those high leverage activities.

... to do this, you must be good at articulating how the high leverage work will benefit them.
Passion about our products and the possibilities in the Agile ALM market.
The ability to generate ideas for how our products can make our customers more successful.
3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Designer, or Business Analyst in a commercial software product company.
3+ years as a developer.
Have several years of experience working in a highly agile (Kanban, Scrum, XP) environment.
Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.
