The Employee Life Cycle (selecting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining employees)
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Hawaiian Island base; however open to western region transfer/relocation
*3+ years in a Operations Managerial role with heavy volume exposure in a casual themed, full service restaurant
*STRONG HOH experience (experience as a corporate KM or Culinary Manager) a Plus
*Passion for the industry with a wow the guest mentality
*Ability to learn and bring "out of the box" ideas to their team
*The ability to embrace and foster a diverse culture- LOVE ALL SERVE ALL-
*The desire to be the best
