Job Description: Greets and assists all patients and visitors in the office and by telephone, gathers demographic and insurance information, enters information into the MISYS system, schedules appointments, maintains schedules for practitioners and prepares patient charts/forms. Collects payments, balances cash drawer, keeps work area and waiting room clean and performs other front office duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills required. High school graduate or equivalent required, technical institute or some college preferred.

Excellent computer skills, communication skills, and organizational skills required. Experience with the MISYS system preferred. Work experience in a physician's office front office preferred. Bilingual, Spanish fluency, both written and speaking skills desired.
